Fusion Resort Cam Ranh - All Spa Inclusive

Everything about this resort screams 5 star but the staff are what pushes it into a whole new level! Our fusionista Joe was so thoughtful and always making sure we had everything we need and the spar experience which you get free every day was exceptional. Big thanks to Vy who always made us feel so welcome and gave us great advice on which spa treatment to have. The staff in the spa are so well trained and we always felt so relaxed before during and especially after our sessions. Thank you all so much for making fusion such a magical place. We will definitely be back as soon as we can.

This will sound like a hyperbolic exaggeration written by an American couple from Arizona who have never been overseas before…but THIS WAS THE BEST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO!! The staff were beyond exceptional (Súong in particular). They all knew who we were and were excessively helpful. As soon as they found out we’re vegan, they remembered and gave us specially designed vegan dishes. The resort itself is beautiful and we never needed to leave (unfortunately, we did make a trip to Nha Trang which is comparatively disgusting). This place might not be the cheapest accomodation you can find, but you definitely see where your money goes. It is 100% worth it.

We really appreciated to be upgraded as surprise as this trip was to celebrate my husband's birthday. The hotel staff are very attentive and friendly, always check on us and always prompt response on our request. Special thanks to Joe who promptly helped us solve the privacy issue and appreciated the entire team to prepare the birthday cake for my husband. The spa is exceptional relaxing and comfort and the staff are really friendly and attentive. Thank you very much for creating such a memorable experience for us and we definitely will come back for another getaway.

The spa was amazing; I tried a variety of treatments and massages, and I was happy with all of them. The room was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. We picked the deluxe pool villa because we wanted to be able to spend most of our time in our own private space, and our expectations were exceeded. We also took full advantage of the room service. Overall, it's a beautiful, well-maintained resort with excellent staff.

We recently had the pleasure of spending a week at Fusion resort in Cam Ranh. We are both from Australia, and chose the resort as we wanted a nice relaxing week during our first visit to Vietnam. From the moment we arrived we blown away by the beautifully landscaped grounds and the incredibly welcoming and attentive staff. After a long journey, we were welcomed with a drink and chilled face towel and sat down to relax while the staff took care of our bags and checked us in. We were enough to be staying in an ocean front villa with a private pool. The room was beautifully furnished and maintained and was the perfect place to relax. While it was tempting to spend the majority of our time relaxing by the pool and enjoying the views, the resort had so much else to offer- restaurants, a cocktail bar, the adults only ‘Hideaway’ pool, an animal farm and very well-equipped gym. We also had daily spa treatments included in the price, which for us was the icing on the cake. The Fusion resort’s biggest asset is its staff- Every staff member went out of their way to make sure our every need was taken care of. Although there was a slight language barrier, which at times at times led to some (sometimes humorous) misunderstandings, overall nothing was too much trouble. We would like to make special mention of Suong and Doanh- both beautiful people who looked after us impeccably in the resort restaurant. We have been lucky enough to holiday in resorts and hotels around Eurpoe, the United States and Australia. The fusion resort has been without a doubt one of our favourite experiences. We can’t wait to go back again!
